First one's ready! Here we go!

First of all here are a couple of maps of where we are - (Pushpins are a bit heavy duty but they show it roughly!)

Here’s a more accurate map of where we are in Simon’s Town – really just overlooking Boulders Beach with it’s Penguins.

Arrived last Thursday to rain but Friday was better and the weekend saw the more usual summerly South Easter returning.  The last two days have seen more sun and the wind easing off.  Yesterday was warm enough for a (very) quick dip on Long Beach, north end of ST, beside the railway.  No whales there yesterday but did see one rather large one to the south of here last Saturday however it is late in the season so there may not be too many more.

Next week we are off up to !Khwe ttu for some Computer Training (see here for some more info on it -  !Khwa ttu- The San Cultural and Educational Centre ) so update again next weekend after we finish that.
